Here in Malaysia , Gardenia have the capability of producing of 700 million loaves, cakes and buns. Hence, this makes them as the largest wholesale bakery in South East Asia. The demand for the Gardenia have been increased abruptly and the results for this, they have open small warehouse across the country. Day by day basis fresh loaves are being made and stored in the main warehouse in Shah Alam. Then, early in the morning, the breads will be sent to small warehouses. These small warehouses will store breads in the early morning and will be sent to shops at afternoon or evening. From the small stores, all the bread will be sent to the shops by trucks. This is indirect selling to the customers where the breads goes to small warehouse before they goes to customers. However there are direct truck deliveries where the breads will straight send to shops from Gardenia to the nearby outlets and shops. There are 3 steps of processing: 1. Input high quality control team has set up by gardenia in order to ensure that all ingredients and raw material are freshness with best quality. From selecting to purchasing, there are strictest checking and specification the quality of product and finest ingredients. Gardenia has using just in time system in purchase raw material. 2. Gardenia need to do in order to maintain its reputation of ensuring the bread is freshly made. In Malaysia, Gardenia has been actively involved in charitable. Everyday, Gardenia will deliver complimentary fresh breads   to over 61 charitable organizations like folks homes, orphanages and center for disable person. This is the part of the inventory management that Gardenia use and they collaborate with Corporate Social Responsibility where there are specific portion of breads that will make a contribute to this society. Furthermore, Gardenia also apply computer system to manage its operation such as: tracking inventories record account transaction storing customer's profiles It is used to make the information runs smoothly and fast. Hence, this method is contemporary for its manufacturing.

By offering product and marketing variations to their customers, Gardenia hope for higher sales and a stronger position within each market segment. In addition, Gardenia guarantees that all its products are “Halal”. Product named Gardenia Original Classic and Gardenia Delicia will make customer to set their minds about the flavor and tastes. A product positioning is the way a product is defined by consumers on important attributes the place the product occupies in consumers’ mind in relative to competing product.
